A variety of commercial buildings have been designed over the years from portal frame buildings to steel and concrete framed structures.

These include extensions and alterations; to hotels, office buildings, loading and storage facilities.

New build blocks of flats have been constructed, between three and five storey. Alterations to restaurants and public houses to increase covers.
 
St John’s Park, Blackheath, London
The inside of the building other than the ground floor was almost totally destroyed in a fire. The structure was unstable, especially the rear wall which was “live”. The new construction renewed stability.
